With this tamper, a standardised result can be achieved, because when the set maximum pressure is reached, the coffee grinder is automatically triggered. Depending on the variety and type of coffee beans and on the grind setting of a coffee grinder, the maximum pressure can be adjusted within a range of approx. 8kg to 21 kg.

Material/workmanship:

The entire handle body of the coffee grinder is made of aluminium. The bottom part, the shaft and the pressure springs are made of stainless steel. A rubber buffer has been fitted between the lower part and the handle for cushioning.

Care and handling: the pressure is adjusted via the internal adjusting screw. To do this, please unscrew the cap and then adjust the contact pressure. Please do not adjust the two hexagon socket screws on the side.

The tamper can be cleaned with a damp cloth, but please do NOT put it in the dishwasher. For better lubrication of the shaft, please put a drop of fine household oil from above on the shaft from time to time.
