The Rocket Fausto espresso grinder, exclusively developed in a cooperation between Rocket Espresso and Eureka, scores with well thought-out technical features and a classic design. With the patented Eureka adjustment wheel, the grind can be adjusted very precisely and without much effort, steplessly. The display allows you to easily start the portions for 1 and 2 beverages, as well as the manual regrind function by pressing both buttons. Equipped with 65mm flat grinding discs and a 500 watt motor, the Fausto grinds very quickly with 1.9g - 2.9g per second depending on the grinding degree, with a very good result.
