Equipped with the innovative E-61 brewing group with stainless steel brewing bell patented by ECM, a comprehensive PID control and a rotary pump with fixed water option. Handmade in Heidelberg, ECM relies on a high standard of manufacturing. The first glance at the Synchronika gives you an idea that very high-quality stainless steel has been used for the housing, which gives the machine a beautiful shine. The visibly contrasting, powder-coated chassis in anthracite is a real eye-catcher in combination with the classically polished stainless steel housing. The design is rounded off with the large, retro-look pressure gauges. This machine is suitable for the ambitious home barista who only wants to buy once. This espresso machine also makes life easy for beginners with a portafilter. The shot timer makes it easy to control the espresso brewing process, and the built-in steam nozzle produces a fine-pored foam. Those who have already familiarised themselves with the basic skills of espresso extraction can then increase and significantly improve the result with the PID temperature control.

ECM Synchronika in everyday use:

After the first espresso and cappuccino creations at the latest, you realise the attention to detail and how impressively quiet the Synchronika is during preparation. The patented E-61 brewing group is not only convincing on paper, very smooth-running and very solidly built, it gives a nice feeling during operation. This unusually smooth-running mechanism is complemented by elegant reference levers. A practical feature is the included cup raiser, which reduces the distance to the brew group for espresso cups and thus prevents the espresso from cooling down during brewing and prevents unnecessary splashes on the espresso cup. However, the large distance between the drip grid and the brew group also leaves room for large cups such as for lattes. Even the portafilter has been designed with the usual ECM quality in mind; solid and ergonomically shaped, they are well balanced in the hand. The professional, easy-to-operate 70˚ Quick-Steam and Quick-Water tilt valves, with locking function for permanent water and steam extraction, once again impress with first-class mechanics. The steam tap is well insulated so that the milk does not stick and can be cleaned very easily with a cloth.
