The R Nine One is the new high-end portafilter espresso machine from Rocket Espresso, featuring a saturated brew group, multi-boiler technology and pressure profiling. With the extensive touch display, every parameter of the machine can be set precisely and intuitively, as well as monitored during the brewing process. The saturated brew group with boiler has a capacity of 1.9 litres and ensures excellent temperature stability. The brewing temperature can be controlled to within 0.1 degrees Celsius via a PID controller. The service boiler has a capacity of 3.6 litres, which always produces the optimum steam even under heavy load and can be switched on or off via the display. The hot water output can be mixed with cold water via an adjustment screw on top of the cup tray without removing the housing. This machine leaves nothing to be desired. Its intuitive operation makes it suitable on the one hand for espresso novices who want to learn how to make espresso properly and on the other hand for espresso professors who are looking for a machine that sets few technical limits.

Caution! Danger of addiction! Once you've tried this machine, you'll want it. Yes, of course the Marzocco also has a paddle, but that only controls the preinfusion. This red-hot Rocket Paddle also controls the pump pressure. And while you push the paddle to the side with gentle pressure, the touchscreen displays the pressure curve - simply ingenious, these technology nerds from Rocket. My espresso turned out perfect, I want that again, no problem, just save the profile via the touchscreen. The menu navigation is easy to understand, even without having studied the manual all night. Here, print profiling is intuitive and yet technically very accurate, in other words, the machine has a great fun factor.
