Commercial use of the machines - 12 months warranty

For the machines purchased from us, we provide a warranty for the first year, including free transport within Germany. The transport costs from abroad and abroad are borne by the buyer.

What is commercial use?

As soon as you buy a machine as an entrepreneur for your company, this counts as commercial use for the manufacturer, regardless of the trade. In this case, we recommend a warranty extension.

Private use of the machines - 24 months warranty

For the machines purchased from us, we take over the warranty for the first 2 years, including free transport within Germany. The transport costs from abroad and abroad are borne by the buyer.

Exhibition items, demonstration units and used machines - 12 months warranty

For the machines purchased from us, we provide a warranty for the first year, including free transport within Germany. The transport costs from abroad and abroad are borne by the buyer.

Warranty extension at extra cost:

A warranty extension of 1, 2 or 3 years is offered in the ordering process. This is a service offered by Schutzklick separately from the purchase process. It applies equally to private and commercial customers and takes effect after the expiry of our warranty (24 or 12 months).
