Note on the packaging ordinance
According to the regulations of the packaging ordinance, we are obliged to take back packaging of our products and to ensure its reuse or disposal. For further clarification regarding the return of such products, please contact us:

We will then inform you of a municipal collection point or a disposal company in your area that will accept the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, you have the option of sending the packaging to us.
The packaging will be reused by us or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance.
The packaging we put into circulation is licensed under the name DieCrema in accordance with the Packaging Ordinance.
Important information on the Ordinance on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers can hand in their old electrical equipment free of charge at one of the municipal collection points.

Information on the battery law
According to the battery law, we are obliged to inform you of the following in connection with the sale of batteries or accumulators or in connection with the delivery of devices containing batteries or accumulators: Rechargeable batteries and batteries do not belong in household waste. Disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited by the battery law. As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Please dispose of used batteries at a municipal collection point or hand them in at your local sales outlet free of charge. Batteries that we carry or have carried as new batteries in our product range or batteries that are contained in goods that we carry or have carried in our product range can be returned free of charge after use in household quantities to the address below or sent back to us by post. The return must be free of charge for us.
