Those looking for a well-made and well thought-out Espresso machine with fine espresso results should take a longer look at the Pro 700. When making espresso, the very quiet rotary pump is only noticeable when you prick up your ears. As soon as you press the small lever of the E61 brew group, the shot timer on the PID display jumps on and shows the brewing time in seconds. Great, after 25 seconds press the lever down again, the brewing process is finished. If there is still 25 ml of espresso in the cup, everything has gone perfectly. Pour in the appropriate milk foam. The Pro 700 does this almost by itself. Fill the milk jug one third full with cold milk and place it on the generously sized drip tray. Position the frother just below the surface, open the steam wheel with a quarter turn. Watch carefully, in a few seconds the Pro700 has finished drawing and rolling the milk. Close the steam cover, pour in and enjoy.
