Baratza Sette 270 Espresso Grinder

With the Sette 270 espresso grinder, Baratza has brought a novelty to the market. Its special feature is the conical grinding discs, in that the outer ring rotates and not the inner ring, as is the case with the usual conical grinders. This new design doubles the efficiency compared to mills of the same size. Another advantage of this technology is that the grinded material falls directly into the sieve support, with minimal dead space. This grinder was designed in Seattle by the Baratza company, and the Etzinger company from Lichtenstein designed the grinding discs.
