The top-of-the-range dual boiler from the house of Lelit. The Bianca PL162T V3 is an espresso machine that has two independent stainless steel boilers for coffee and steam. This ensures superior temperature stability. The E-61 brew group is equipped with a Flow Control valve that helps regulate the amount of water that flows through the brew group. This technical innovation allows for exceptional results.

Temperature control and Flow Control

With the Lelit Bianca, you have all the parameters of the espresso draw under control. With the PID, the temperature for the espresso can be set to within one degree. The manual water quantity control gives you full control over the brewing process. An additional pressure gauge on the brew group shows the exact pressure directly above the portafilter.

New feature of the V3 the "Low Flow" system

The machine can now be easily operated by less experienced users, as they do not need to pay special attention to the coffee preparation. You choose between four automatic coffee brewing programmes

1. Full Flow: Espresso brewed at a constant 9bar
.
2. Low Flow: At the beginning and end of the espresso draw, extraction is at low pressure.
3. Full Flow with pre-infusion: Espresso is drawn at a constant pressure of 9 bar with a pre-infusion at the beginning

4. Low Flow with Preinfusion: At the beginning and end of the espresso draw, extraction is at low pressure with a preinfusion at the beginning

For the experienced user, this upgrade means that the pressure and flow profile can be precisely repeated multiple times. The paddle can still be used in addition to the "low flow" automatic programmes.
