The Linea Mini is classically beautiful, puristic and promises long, carefree coffee enjoyment. You start the espresso brewing process with the typical Marzocco paddle. This paddle allows you to control the duration of the pre-infusion. The coffee is soaked without pressure and can swell a little before the pressure of the super-quiet rotary pump arrives. The espresso runs richly into the cup without distracting background noise, finely illuminated by Barista Lights.
