With the new Mignon Dolce Vita, Eureka has fortunately eliminated a few annoying details of the popular Mignon Specialita that our customers have repeatedly remarked on. In the "Chrome" version, the grinder no longer stands on the black plastic base, but on a chrome-plated aluminium base. This makes the housing look much more harmonious. The plastic lid of the Specialita, which is unfortunately not very resistant, has been supplemented by a second lid: made of highly polished aluminium. A fine thing. The heart of the Dolce Vita is, of course, the Pure Diamond® grinding discs with a diameter of 55mm. These ensure that the sharpness and geometry of the discs do not wear over a long period of time, thus guaranteeing the same homogeneity of the ground product. In short: the quality in the cup is right.
