The Specialita espresso grinder is another family member of the Eureka Mignons and is a further development of the Mignon MCI, which already enjoys cult status in the portafilter scene. Eureka and its team are always open to customer wishes and have incorporated these into the Mignon range.

The Eureka Specialita espresso grinder builds on the revised basic concept of the Eureka Mignon Silenzio and also features the characteristic quiet grinding noise. The Eureka patented grind adjustment, with its easy and very precise grind setting, can also be found. The disc grinder with a diameter of 55mm is even bigger and, compared to the Silenzio, tickles a little more out of the bean and grinds much faster. Furthermore, the Mignon Specialita has the newly developed touch display, which is equipped with two timers and offers a pure manual barista mode. The menu navigation is simple and intuitive. The ACE system (Anti-Clumps and Electrostaticity) minimises the scattering of ground coffee next to the portafilter, despite the high and short ejection without funnel.

Filter coffee is also available.

Filter coffee, moka or French press can be easily achieved with the Specialita thanks to the infinitely variable grind setting and removable portafilter fork.

The Mignon is available in four different versions: Silenzio, Perfetto, Specialita and another one especially for the German market, the Magnifico.

We recommend the Mignon Specialita for small portafilter machines with vibration pump and dual-circuit machines with rotary pump, such as the Bezzera Magica S MN, Bezzera Mitica Top PID, Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato V and R, ECM Mechanika Slim and similar. The Specialita can also be operated with full-blown dual boilers, but for this we recommend an espresso grinder with 64mm grinding discs upwards, such as the Mazzer Mini or Rocket Espresso Fausto.
